Who I am
I qualified with a BSc (Hons) degree from Manchester University In 1994 and specialised in neurological rehabilitation in 1998 when I worked at Kings College Hospital in London. Here I gained extensive experience in rehabilitation as a clinical specialist physiotherapist, both in the hospital and community settings; and completed my masters degree in advanced neurophysiotherapy at University College London in 2005.
In 2011 I relocated to Poole (best decision!!) for quality of life and family, and have since been working as a clinical specialist physio in stroke care in Poole hospital. I love rehabilitating movement, and have a special interest in physical activity and exercise participation for the older person and those with neurological conditions.
